Under the support of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India Awareness community meetings, street plays, rallies and puppet shows in high risk and vulnerable areas of Dharmapuri District are conducted. 26 Training and orientation programs for school and college students, self-help groups and youth groups have been exposed. Value based education have been given to students and youths in Government Schools. Training focused more on the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse and the penalties that may be imposed for drug and alcohol abuse violations. >

The focus of these program was addressing the risking patterns of substance use and reducing the harm that might arise from substance use. 'Drugs and You' was the theme of all programs which heightened the community, students, youths and vulnerable populations to be more informed about the antagonistic effect in all walks of life, leading to reduction in life expectancy rate and family collapse.
